Throughout the week, our teams across Minnesota, Texas, and California came together to recognize one another, share stories, enjoy a little friendly competition, and reflect on what makes our culture so special. While every warehouse celebrated in its own unique way, one thing was consistent across every location: our people.

Kicking Off a Week of Appreciation
We began Warehousing Week by recognizing the essential role warehousing plays in keeping supply chains moving. Every order picked, every truck loaded, every inventory count completed, and every customer served starts with a dedicated team committed to doing things the right way.
It was the perfect reminder that behind every successful shipment is a group of people working together toward a common goal.

From employee recognition awards and team games to fun activities and shared moments of appreciation, the week was filled with opportunities to celebrate the dedication, teamwork, and positive attitudes that define our culture.
Our Employee Appreciation Day was especially meaningful as we recognized team members with awards such as the Warehouse MVP, The Problem Solver, The Unsung Hero, and the Above & Beyond Award. These honors celebrated not only outstanding performance but also the everyday actions that often go unnoticed—the willingness to help a teammate, solve a challenge, or simply show up each day with a positive attitude.

Cheers for Peers
One of the week's highlights was our "Cheers for Peers / Celebrando a Nuestro Equipo" appreciation boards.
Employees across our facilities took time to recognize one another with handwritten notes of encouragement, gratitude, and appreciation. Simple messages of thanks quickly filled the boards, reminding us that recognition doesn't always come in the form of an award. Sometimes, the most meaningful moments come from hearing that your work made a difference to someone else.
The response was inspiring.

Although separated by miles, our Minnesota, Texas, and California facilities shared the same spirit throughout the week.
